The menstrual chart is a two-page sheet/chart that allows the female patient to keep a record of their menstruation. Before treatment can be undertaken, we really need to get to know the patient. The codes are written in the boxes by the client. Both the client and the practitioner become aware of recurring physical and emotional states that are connected to their menstrual cycle.
